The Journey
I am Josephine Doe Narh, an architect and entrepreneur driven by a belief that great design should be both visionary and executable. I earned my Master of Architecture degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, specializing in Building Materials—an academic foundation that shaped my practical, materials-driven approach to design and development.
My career has been guided by one core principle: ideas only matter when they can be successfully realized. Through my architectural work, I focus on creating spaces that balance functionality, structural integrity, aesthetics, and sustainability—always with people at the center. Each project I undertake is approached not just as a design exercise, but as a strategic solution to real-world needs.
As the founder of Arkishuz, I expanded my practice beyond architecture into global sourcing and procurement, bridging the gap between high-end design concepts and the realities of international manufacturing and supply chains—particularly between Ghana and China. This dual expertise allows me to protect project vision, control quality, and optimize cost without compromising design intent.
